Please read the Terms of Service carefully before using the https://www.fun4change.com website, any mobile application operated by Fun4Change, or other online forums hosted by Fun4Change.

Termination

Public Marketplace
Fun4Change provides a no-cost forum for buyers and sellers to conduct business. By using this forum in any capacity, you indemnify Fun4Change of any liability that may arise from transaction issues. You also agree to be compliant with all local, state, and federal consumer laws in your region, and in the State of Arizona.

User Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the content you share, and agree not to share plagiarized material. Issues can be avoided by only posting your own original content.

Fun4Change Content Fun4change sometimes publishes third party works with permission of the original copyright holder. Reproduction of original Fun4Change content, or third party content, is strictly prohibited without consent of Fun4Change and the copyright holder.

Use of Name and Likeness Fun4Change does not compensate users or personalities for their presence on the Fun4Change forums, websites, and videos. By posting content in any Fun4Change forum, you agree that the content is your original work, and are submitting said content for the sake of potential promotion of your work, or for consideration of a nomination of a Fun4Change award, without the expectation of compensation in the form of royalties or direct payment, unless otherwise agreed upon with Fun4Change. By using the Service, you grant Fun4Change indefinite license to use your name and likeness for items relating to you, such as for crediting your work, or granting you an award.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
